The Powered EASY WINCH makes the task of winching in sheets and halyards as simple as a touch on a button.
The robust and compact design fits all makes of top acting
winch, instantly removing all physical effort from winding a winch in either direction.
The compact electric motor and gear unit is connected to the ships battery by 5 metres of power cable incorporating a three-position control switch.
The torque reaction of the unit is absorbed by a wire restraining strop fitted with a carbine hook for easy portability. The strop also doubles as a safety line. Two deck eyes are supplied for easy installation.
Now you can power all your yachts winches with just one motor gear unit, so that anyone can carry out heavy tasks such as furling a head sail, hoisting and trimming sails or lifting a heavy person up the mast in a bosun's chair, all with no effort.
